Massage Cancellation & Refund Policies

At East Village Chiropractic, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as transit delays, car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment.

In our commitment to provide an outstanding massage experience to all of our clients/patients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

ARRIVAL TO THE OFFICE

Please arrive for your appointment(s) 20 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, change and prepare for the service. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We require prepayment to book/hold your appointment. If you need to change your appointment, and more than 24 hours is given prior to your scheduled appointment, your prepayment will be applied to your rescheduled visit.

If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment, if missed.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES (prepayments and securing appointment times)
Аll massage services will require a prepayment to guarantee the appointment.

These policies were adopted to ensure that the therapists’ time, the office and its efforts be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be provided for deposits or monies paid or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a 75% refund.
